TGLC’s Skill Development Program equips aspiring leaders with relevant skills to pursue their visions, innovate and build solutions.
Upon admission into the program, aspiring leaders are placed into one of 2 tracks, For-Profit or Not-For-Profit, based on their sector of interest. Our SDP provides aspiring leaders with core skills relevant for each individual and track-specific skills relevant for leaders in a specific field. The SDP starts in the first year and ends in the third year of the program.
Aspiring leaders are provided with resources (reading materials, videos, audio and more) that they study asynchronously by a given due date. Normally there are quizzes or exams for each topic which leaders take and submit evidence of.
Periodically (quarterly or bi-monthly), there are synchronous in-person sessions when all asynchronous studies are further elaborated and discussed.
