Impact Labs

TGLC is a network of principled, change-driven servant leaders pioneering Africa’s development. Our five Impact Labs bring leaders together to build practical responses to Africa’s pressing issues.

A network built for collective impact

By uniting diverse professionals, innovators, entrepreneurs, faith leaders, and community builders through focused sub-networks, TGLC raises SDG-focused leaders to address the continent’s most pressing challenges through ethical leadership and collaborative solutions.

That spirit of collaboration comes to life in our Impact Labs. Every member develops a distinct project with their own team, and each Lab chooses collective work its members build together. These two commitments give leadership formation a practical setting for learning, support, and service.

Five labs, one network

Five Labs connect related fields. Find the one where your gifts meet Africa’s needs, and a community of leaders ready to build alongside you.

Two commitments, one steady rhythm

Every Lab gives leadership formation a practical setting for learning, support, and service.

1

Build your own project

Every member develops a distinct project with their own team. You may join before defining one: write a one-page brief, recruit your team, and use the TGLC Vision Roadmap to plan a first test. Aim for a tangible result within 30 days of joining. Your project need not be a business.

2

Build together as a Lab

Each Lab chooses collective work that fits community needs and its members’ capacity. Members name a project lead, share tasks, and agree on evidence of progress. Joining another member’s team, or the Lab’s project, does not replace your own.

Weekly

A 30-minute check-in with written updates and live project discussion

Monthly

A coach joins one check-in, and each Lab releases a podcast episode

Every two months

A Lab breakfast

Quarterly

A shared Build Bootcamp with a pitch or showcase

Membership is open to TGLC leaders. Choose one primary Lab and, if you can honour both commitments, one additional Lab. The Labs form part of Equip in TGLC’s IRES journey: Invite, Reorient, Equip, Send.

Find your lab. Build a practical response to a real need.

Step into a circle of servant leaders solving real problems together. Choose the lab that fits your calling and join the network.
