Cohort 2023 begins LEP with The Identity Conversation

Cohort 2023 Leadership Experience Programme begins with a conversation on the leader’s identity. Sector Presidents are encouraged to share the questionnaire on Identity with aspiring leaders in their sectors. Sector Presidents shall proceed on one-on-one conversation with their leaders based on their responses to the questionnaire.
