There are people who pass through an organisation and leave it largely unchanged. Then there are people who, by simply showing up with the right spirit, elevate everyone around them. Mohammed Napare is unmistakably the latter.
Since our founding, The GracedLife Leadership Centre has had one singular mission: to raise the next generation of African leaders. Leaders who are not merely competent, but principled. Not merely ambitious, but selfless. Not merely visible, but impactful. Through our IRES model — Invite, Reorient, Equip, and Send Out — we have trained and developed hundreds of leaders across Ghana and beyond.
Mohammed Napare joined The GracedLife Leadership Centre in 2020, a season when many were retreating, but Mohammed was leaning in. By 2023, he had distinguished himself enough to become a TGLC Affiliate, a designation not handed out lightly. It is earned by those who have internalised what we at TGLC believe most deeply: that leadership is not a title. It is a way of life.

What makes Mohammed’s journey remarkable is that his development at TGLC did not produce a follower of trends. It produced a builder of institutions. He is part of the founding team of the TGLC Debaters and Public Speakers Society, a bold initiative designed to cultivate articulate, critical, and courageous voices among the next generation of African leaders.
He is also the Founder of Hello Students TalkShow, a platform that leverages content to shape student mindsets and reorient how young people see themselves and their potential. By profession, Mohammed is a STEM Facilitator with the Ghana Education Service and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana, where he supports instruction in Critical Thinking and Practical Reasoning.
He currently serves as Cohort Representative for Cohort 7 of the Emerging Public Leaders Ghana Public Service Fellowship, leading a team of 44 fellows across 12 public institutions. He is a former Lead for Ghana Fellow, representing the Western North region, where he mentored 25 incoming fellows as an Associate Advisor.
His stewardship and godliness are evident in how he treats every gift — his intellect, his platform, his influence — as something to be managed with excellence and integrity. His growth mindset has taken him from classrooms to public service fellowships to founding tables, refusing to be limited in thought or capability.
His selflessness is visible in how he shows up. A teacher who pours into his students long after the classroom empties. A cohort representative who carries 44 fellows on his shoulders with grace. A mentor who gives his best to those coming behind him.
