Miliarium ’26: Raising the Leaders Africa Needs Now

Our annual gathering of leaders and entrepreneurs in Ghana filled the Centre with learning, conversation and celebration.

That Saturday, from 10:00 AM, The GracedLife Leadership Centre in Ashaley Botwe, by the Total Filling Station, was full: rows of red chairs, the blue banner, and a room of people who came ready to listen, learn and be stirred.

The theme
Raising the Leaders Africa Needs Now

We carried it on three pillars.

  1. 01Urgency

The leaders Africa needs are needed today, so we raise them now.

  2. 02Intentionality

Leaders grow when they are formed on purpose, step by step.

  3. 03Resourcing

Vision goes further when it is equipped with the people, tools and support to act.

Our keynote speaker, Rev. (Mrs.) Angela Carmen Appiah, CEO of the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN), spoke on the theme.

Across the Centre, our leaders sat in circles and around tables, sharing ideas, asking questions and learning from one another.
